Sure signs of Spring are showing up at the shop.

Apple blossoms are budding, artichokes are sprouting, the yard (weeds) needs mowing, and outdoor chairs are getting their first coat of color. As usual, we have Insignia Yellow, Acapulco Blue, and Alarm Red. The first of these should be ready for sale by the end of the week, thanks to some reserved parts from my last production run. Which was by the way, just after the start of the pandemic in 2020. It's hard to believe that it was so long ago.

Cheers,
Tom

Hey Don,
Check the link in the text of the original post, it takes you to a post on my website with a picture of the completed chair.
Cheers,
Tom

On second thought, click this link to my first post on these chairs.

Hey Don,
You’re mistaken, Peggy Tzu is my chair model and shop dog. Although we are very fond of each other, she has told me in no uncertain terms that I am definitely not her type.
Cheers
Tom

I always like to see the excellent you do. If my son still lived in Seattle, I would be able to visit your shop. I have a question, what is that interesting item with the electrical conduit, plastic pipe and switch at the bottom of the picture? Woodworking tool???

Hey Norm,
That is my vacuum system for vacuum bagging veneer project’s. The PVC pipes are the vacuum reservoir. The system is electrically controlled, thus the switch.
