I’m still building my own house. Seems like it just keeps getting BIGGER! Anyway I’ve installed 2200 square feet of white oak I actually milled and kiln dried from the building site. So far I have sanded and wiped on an oil base near natural color stain/sealer. And this is where I’m stuck on what poly finish to use. I absolutely plan on a waterbase (non yellowing). But there are so many choices. Some say use a 2 part for durability. While I’ve done years of nearly every building trade....but floor finish selection is my weak point. Any of you that have had hands-on experience with a good durable waterbase satin poly...I sure would appreciate your comments. Thanks. Jim in Nashville, TN
