That's when a project goes from " that's really nice" to "WOW, you did that?" That's also when attention to detail kicks in. Added detail in a project is an elevator to the next level. Keep in mind also that sometimes the extra detail isn't necessarily cheap. To pull this detail off you will need 4 leaves of matching veneer, either re-sawn in your shop or purchased. Also the more complex the veneer grain may make the end result even more spectacular i.e. plain sawn red oak v.carpatian elm burl.
