isn't rattling so loud, here's a way/project that might be useful. Super simple, a table saw and scrap, glue, clamps and some curing time.

Although the measurement system is in metric, the idea doesn't need dimensions when you cut to fit :wink:

Neat idea if you don't have a slot wall bit for your router. Will be putting that to use often I suspect.
