Are cut and almost ready for a dry fit, but first finish sand everything.

You will never have a better chance to get every nook and cranny properly prepared for peak appearance prior to finishing without interference from adjoining parts. :wink:

This is something I've learned too many times the hard way. So eager to get the project fit & glued up I neglect the sanding before hand part. It's also a good idea to mask off the glue surfaces and apply finish before hand as well. Makes buffing out and other operations easier, too.
