6:07 here, been doing my best to change the time I rise in the morning since I retired. I was so used to getting up at 5:00am, for work and without an alarm clock. It takes time to get out of that ingrained habit.

Let's see... it's almost 8:30am here and I'm getting ready to take the vehicle into the dealer for what I hope turns out to be warranty work.

Sleeping... I flew until after midnight last night... nothing like air refueling with 4 different pilots-- I'm a crusty old steely-eyed flier but I don't think my stomach has landed yet... I have to put a tough face on though as the Sarge... "aw comone L.T.... don't you like roller coasters (with a big grin on my face...) "care for a little bit of my sandwich, it's tuna fish?"

gets them every time

Lawrence, what do you fly? I used to crew on C-130's . Not my favorite thing with that big tank in the cargo bay, but goes with the territory. Even got to fuel the Blue Angels once (Okinawa, '71 ). :-D Those guys are good! Never lost a basket/hose with them, unlike some green pilots we fueled   . I really, really liked that couple years with VMGR-152. :-D :-D
