Well we got the grapefruit tree moved into the sun porch for the winter with out knocking off any of the grapefruit. We probably have the only grape fruit tree in Ohio. It is 48 years old. We started it from a seed our daughter found in a grapefruit she was eating 48 years ago. We planted it not believing that it would really grow, but it did.

A 48 year tree, just how tall is it? I can't imagine getting it through a door. We have a volunteer peach tree in the back yard about 4 years old that wouldn't come close to getting inside.
