Well they are calling for a heavy winter storm moving in, I have the woodboxes filled, the battery on the generator charged, and buckets of water filled. So let it snow! Being retired is nice. I remember going to work in Blizzards just to get sent home when they closed the shop .Getting to the church to open it up for a shelter since it had heat and power when many did not for a week . Hauling hay in for the horses on the kids sleds because the snow w as too deep to plow the driveway. Now I just set back and let it snow!

Yes we only got about 4 inches but the temp is 11 with wind 12 mph so I just sit here in front of the computer and vegetate.
My car will sit there till the ice melts off it. With all the idiots on the roads it isn't safe anyways.

Being retired, I don't have to drive anywhere when it snows. Only have to go into town once a week.
