Hey Folks,

It's that time of year again. For the first time since I planted them 5 years ago, we have more Gravensteins than we know what to do with. I've already made applesauce, apple cake, and now a pie. I think that I'll probably make another pie this week.

Looking good. We had some bad storms last week that knocked a lot of apples off the trees, so I made cider yesterday. It was the first time in over 60 years of making cider that I made cider before labor day.
