I have some solid surface material that I need to glue up for a router table.
What is the best way to cut it rout an opening (blades, bits, router speeds, ...)
So cosmetics are not primary, durability, avablity, and simplicty are.
Help

I've found in what little work I've done with it that ordinary carbide bits do fine. It is heat sensitive so keep the tools moving. I've also used bi-metal blades in the saber saw for cutting internal holes & such. For gluing I've epoxy works quite well if you're not concerned with the visibility of the glue line.

"if you're not concerned with the visibility of the glue line."
If you have enough material. you can make dust. mix it with the epoxy and the glue line will be less visible.
