The other day I was helping a neighbor boy cut out some small cars for a project at school. He was sanding a curve on one of the cars with my Dremel rotary tool when the collet nut came off. We searched and searched but can't find it. I know it has to be in the shop, but that place is like the Bermuda Triangle. I called Dremel about ordering a new collet nut. The customer service representative was very helpful and understanding. I received a new nut in the mail for free. That is great customer service. I will remember that when I am in the market for any tool or accessory made by Dremel. George
