Tornadoes, 80's, rain, hail, and now heavy wet snow.

Crazy month we have going here.

This morning coming to work at 7 it was 40 MPH at the most, visibilty was horrible, heavy wet snow, huge flakes, almost like snowballs, we have several inches on the ground in less than 2 hours.

Currenty nearly 9 am CDT and 33 degrees, ICK !!!

We've had some 32deg temps overnight in some locales (not ours!) here in the Puget Sound area. Snow yesterday but didn't stick around.

Indeed, Mother Nature seems to be annoyed with us.

I wonder why?

Maybe we can blame this on Global Warming.

I always think this name 'Global Warming' should be dumped... sure it's the root cause but the results cause the much more informative 'Weather Instability'.

Just to make you green we've had the hottest day so far this year.. into the low to mid 70s :-D

Well above the seasonal norm.

It's all Al Gores fault. :)

I agree! :-D
What ever happened to that big hole in the ozone layer? Did it move? Did it finally fill in? Did all the things we did to stop it really help? Where is the news media when you really want to know something important? :D

The hole in the ozone layer has little directly to do with weather instability. It allows more dangerous wavelengths of Ultra Violet Radiation to reach ground level which significantly increases the risk of Skin Cancers as well as Cataract and Macula Degeneration.

The hole has been getting steadily smaller for the last few years, thanks to the banning of CFCs.

So YES action did do some good!
