This is Ollie our 4 month old English Springer Spaniel---he loves snow, doesn't care if it is cold, but HATES wind, nearly refuses to go out if it is blowing.

I was trying to get a picture out of the window of him ZOOMING up and down the drifts.

Ollie is the black spot by the tree :D

He is on the huge drift by the back step, he was running from the big drifts over to this drift and then jumping down to the sidewalk OVER and OVER.

Hey Mom---I'm tired now.

Nice looking pooch Vicki!

Its amazing how a dog can either feel the cold or ignore it entirely.
Our GSP will whine and moan about going out in winter here(which frankly is not all that bad, as you know) but once out there will go swimming in very cold water.

Enjoy Ollie he looks like fun!

Eric

You have such a cool dog, Vicki 8) (Ahhhh, I really didn't mean for that to be a pun, but hey, go ahead an make it one :D :D ) It's always so much watching a "snow dog".

My older sister's Cocker Spaniel (who has been gone for a number of years now), just absolutely almost went nuts when Aunt Verna threw snowballs. She would dig and dig, never find it, but impatiently wait for the next one. I always tired of the play before she did

Next fall, try throwing a leaf into a pile of leaves.....that Cocker would rummage through the pile heck-bent on finding that one leaf that I threw in there.....that wasn't mean of me, was it????? Strange how she always slept so well when at my house
