We've got a covering of snow even in the London suburbs. (Fairly unusual for us)

The first picture is taken from a road bridge a few hundred yards from my business. The famous Millenium Dome (Now called the O2)

And my favorite....

We have had just a lite dusting of snow so, travel is not a problem. The sun is shining but, the temp is 4 .6* so getting the car started without freezing to death first is the problem. :D

Is that a dome or an alien space craft?

TURNPIKE: A question about the photo with the milleneum dome. Is the bright color of the road signs a reflection of a flash or are they lighted or LED signs?

Hey Ray,

Beautiful photos! Makes me want to visit, and I'm not a fan of Winter weather.

We have a break in the rain here for a couple of days, on a weekend for once.

Kris and I spent the day repairing park benches again. We've done five now, and have a three more yet to do. The benches are so poorly designed that they can't stand up to the weather, and dogs on leashes. I've been looking at the benches in Hyde Park, and I think that I might be able to convince the local chamber of commerce to pitch in and replace the, 'beautiful but delicate', benches with something more durable, if I offer to supply the labor and shop time.

Stay warm,
Tom

Not sure why they look so vibrant. They are reflective signs not illuminated. The flash, I think, did go off but on my little digital compact it's tiny and certainly doesnt have the range to significantly illuminate them... especially as I was on near full zoom.

Maybe light from the vehicle headlights??

Ray, you have such absolutely beautiful architecture!! The snow makes it even more outstanding. Love those old structure pictures.
