WWA Info Exchange

OK, looking for some help here. Trying to load some pictures to Picasa so I can post my latest project on the forum. However I'm having trouble setting up an account.

Here's the deal:
- I already have a google account w/ my work email (no gmail)
- I'm logged into google
- When I go to Picasa, it accepts my password
- It then takes me to another screen saying it needs more information and requests my desired nickname and my first and last names.
- When I enter the above, it tells me there is already an account associated w/ my email address
- It then gives me links to reset my password (this is worthless because I don't have a password problem)

Any thoughts??

Funny . . . I couldn't find anyway to contact customer support!

Instead of getting your blood pressure up this early in the morning, just set up an account with PhotoBucket. It's what "we" use and never had any problem with them.

Gene's got it right! Photobucket is the way to go. If I can do it, anybody can do it.

I'll be posting some pictures from a Christmas project I made for my brother & his wife.

Another vote for Photobucket. Easy, free....need I say more????
