It's more painful to "convert" a member who is Imperial over to Metric then back again. It's best to just leave the poor sod alone rather than convert him. Better forget about "converting" the 110 volt/60 hertz to the 220 volt/50 hertz stuff.

And neither can you "convert" a bucket of "prop wash" to a usable commodity. It's been tried.
