I'm starting the lowest dose nicotene patches today.( Should have been last Friday but the extra days represent where I've forgotten to put on any new patches on several days over this proceedure.) :shock:

Still getting a lot of cravings... but still clean so far at 6 1/2 weeks

take it one day at a time. It is easier to do one day than to think months or years, They say that each cigerate takes seven days off your life. So the more days with out cigerates the more days you will have to work with wood
