Thanks guys. No new toyls. I'm going to apply the money I was given to a 1911 build I'm undertaking. If all goes according to plan, I should have it done in about 4 years.

No party until Sunday. My friend Paul, who I'd turned on to turning, is hosting a turning party at his place. I'm taking my small Rikon and stand over there to turn some stoppers, pens, magnifying glasses and maybe even a bowl or box. Now, that's my idea of a party. We're also planning to teach "The General", (another friend from the USAP who is a retired AF Gen.), to turn a pen and stopper. We're taking bets on weather he'll buy a lathe after this. :D :D :D

BTW, so you don't have to ask, 50

Forgive my ignorance, but what's a 1911? A rifle?

Anyway, congrats on the Big 50!!

Hey I was 50 once :D but it only lasted one year, so don't get too used to it, your only going to get older. :D :D
Happy B'day Frank :-D :-D
