When checked 2 weeks ago, prior to me quitting smoking, my breath contained 27 parts per million of CO.
When checked yesterday it's gone down to ....

......





2 PPM!!

That's normal for a Non-smoker in a semi urban environment.

Still going strong.... even though I forgot to change my patch this morning... It normally falls off in the shower but didn't today. I remember thinking...'must change that' but it slipped my mind. Still feel OK even though the level of Nicotine I'm getting will be very low by now.

Great news Turnpike. That's how I knew it was time to stop the patch. I forgot to bring them with me on a trip. The physical part is largely over, now its the mental part. We're pulling for you!!!

Keep it up Ray. I'm clean after 25 years of pipe smoking (yes inhaling) and I've never looked back. Couldn't believe how long that cr@p took to clean out of my lungs.

You got it licked now, Ray! No going back. After stopping I soon developed an attitude that I had smoked all that I was entitled to in this lifetime ... and it really helped me to finalized the deal.....still does.
