maybe not BUT as an influencer, NORM ABRAM led the pack for getting a significant number of Americans intersted in woodwork. His projects weren't museum quality or standalone art works. Plaid shirts, down home instruction as though friend to friend rather than instructor. Norm doesn"t seem to wax philosophic about our craft rather he makes things we would probably see some value in for our own use as well as methods, techniques and tips.

Many of us have turned to the WWW and have found woodworking programs and websites that we enjoy, I know I have, but NORM started it all.
