a step by step tutorial on making a garden wind spinner. Make one for your garden or outdoor relaxing space. Have a cold adult beverage and just stare at it....... mesmerizing :roll:

Living in Kansas where we have a fair amount of wind, almost anything can become a wind spinner.
Even houses at times. LOL
