Down is expanding :shock: I probably ought to do something about that. Maybe I should try to expand my stand up. Here are some ideas that popped up (I can’t believe I wrote that) that might be useful to me, maybe to you also.

Hey Newtooth,

As I get age, I have come to appreciate more and more my father's practice of having an adjustable drafting chair in the shop. There are so many times when the work height is just not optimum for my back, or my eyes, or my hands. By adjusting the seat height, I can put the work where the ergonomics are best. Or rather, I can position my posterior to its best advantage.

I know that sitting is the new smoking etc., but in the words of my paternal grandfather,
"My 'get up and go', got up and went."
