Crunch time! Parts are sized, finished where needed, dry fit has been done all the clamps are in place handy to hand, the adhesive is ready with brushes and cauls are nearby. Time to glue up the project. Here are som pages about glue up and the aftermath. AND what to do with glue on the clamps.

One thing I've found handy is to use 2 or 3 inch PVC pipe pieces about 3inches long and with a slit about 1/4 in wide the length, just enough clearance to,allow the pipe to slip over the clamp bar to position under the joint.
