I am impressed with their price on this product as well as their shipping and customer service. I called them and asked if they made a 90* crossing intersection for this track (they don't). The rep I talked to was well informed and answered all my questions. The track I ordered arrived in individual sleeves (plastic film tubes) all combined wrapped in newsprint and packed in a sturdy tube. The order took 6 business days from placement to my door.
