no cloud of dust just a satisfying shhh and clean finish.
I don't think you have to be a purist or an un-repentant neanderthal to enjoy these. There isn't a lot of fussy set up or measuring involved just a sharpening and a good tune.

DON2LAUGHS: Larry Williams handle here at the forum was simply his name. His web page can be found at "Planemaker.com". He hasn't been active here for quite a number of years. His business as shown on his web page, which has some very interesting reading, has dropped taking new orders for planes and as the page explains it's a job just to get through the back orders he had but that entry was also from years ago. In my opinion he has had a remarkable career as a craftsman, teacher, and mentor and I'd really enjoy having him be more active here.
