I have now made 15 of these things and decided to make two more. One is sold already and it's not even finished.
Here are some pictures.

I swear you glue little stub brass screws into your work. never a one slightly marred from a screw driver.

The home made hinges BLEW ME AWAY. that is some of the most awesome craft work I have seen, you rock.

Mango,
The hinges are actually easy if you have a torch.
These I just cut out the design with a jigsaw. I then heated them red hot in a little horse shoe forge and beat them with a ball pein hammer. After they had been beat up, I cut and bent the hinges as seen above. Any design works.

Wow buddy, you never fail to amaze me. Just when I think its impossible to do anything better than you already have, you go and raise the bar again.

Beautiful and creative and simply amazing as always and you make it look so easy

Thanks for the kind words. I assure you, I am just some old guy making stuff in a small shop in my back yard.
At this point, heavier stuff is getting harder. I just hope I can continue. It is such great fun to make stuff!
