Asian inspired bow front dresser featuring curly maple and bubinga veneer. When my wife asked me to build her a low boy dresser a few years ago I saw it as an opportunity to showcase some beautiful timbers and challenge my skills. I wanted something unique and and sketched out this leg design that appeals to my eye. I worked out most of the construction details in Sketchup but there where some variables that had to be figured out during the build. Not to mention figuring out how to cut mill and join the curved components. It was a very challenging and time consuming project that I'm very proud of and I hope you enjoy the photos.

Thanks Larry. You know it all started for me here about 20 years ago. I learned a lot from folks right here in this group. I'm still using Dave's Rude and Crude finish.

Dewayne,
Nice!
How did you curve the drawer faces? Are they just bent?
