How did you do the curved drawer face?
It's a bent lamination. Six layers, 1/8" thick glued in a two-sided form that fits in my 20 ton hydraulic press (no messing with clamps for me.)
The bent lam is cut to length and the edges are jointed. Then a 1/4" strip is glued to each end and the top and bottom edges. Once the glue is set, these are planed and sanded flush to the faces. Finally, a 1/16" slice is glued to the outside face, hiding the joints around the edges.
This picture is a form from a different project, but is pretty close to what was used here. I now place a 3" wide, 3/4" steel bar across the top of the form to distribute the force from the ram.
