I end having to pick up the boards for mom morris chair project, but that was ok the salemans was nice and throw in a few extra peices of 8/4 red oak for free he’s good guy. I went to Hardwoods of Alabama, which 60 miles from where I live.

Nice looking timbers you picked up, they'll make a fine chair. Just looking at the pics makes me think of what oak smells like be cut... yum! :)

Looks like a really nice haul. Now you just have to cut away the parts that don't look like a chair and you're done :-D
