This is a fascinating film ..The craftsman uses no modern tools, no glue, no nails or screws to build a canoe from scratch.....It is about an hour long but interesting all the way through

I'm reminded once again that the most useful skill in woodworking is patience and he demonstrates it in enormous amounts.

WOW! Stunning materials and skill. Really amazed at the bent laminations used and his techniques for doing it. This is now one of my favorites! Thanks for posting this link. 8)

Really love the end with he and his wife enjoying an eavening paddle. Now that's the good life. :wink:

I had trouble viewing the film but, sure glad I stuck it out and finally got all the way through it!
Simply beautiful, intertaing and educational. I love it!
Tim and Little Bear should really enjoy it!!
