I'm still working on cabinets although how much is to be determined. My folks are visiting from DC. Dad is always happy to "borrow" my house projects now that they live in a condo so hopefully the last of the trim will get done and maybe even the tile backsplash.

I still have to build a certain wine rack for a contest that ends on Sunday. The plans are all drawn up but the work has been on the back burner while the kitchen remodel has been taking precedence.

What are you working on this weekend?

This weekend I'll be cleaning out the garage to make room for the new bench. Then I need to take a close look at the pile of cherry in the garage and plan next school years project!

It's the annual "Day Before Father's Day Hopefully No Poisoning From Chance's Grill and Cooking" event :D :D :D

All four generations of the males of our family will be there again and I hope to get a spectacular picture of the event--Daddy (Chance Sr), Chance (Chance Jr), Andrew (Chance's son), and Aden (Andrew's son, Chance's Grandson, and Daddy's Great-Grandson). Daddy has made the comment that he never thought he'd live long enough to see his own Great-Grandson, let alone babysit for him :D :D

Then, there's that crematory box that is 2 years overdue for the little Yorkie............I can see now, maybe I can see to work on it

We have our big, annual, neighborhood, yard sale on Saturday!!
I'm selling everything from soup to nuts.
I've got tools, tables, scroll saw work, clothes, shoes, towel bars, magazine racks, and more.
I hope on Sunday that I will still be counting my money and it better be alot because Im making a big donation to the church and that should be about 1/10 of my total take. :D

I've been neglecting the garden, so I'll be out playing in the dirt.

It's going to be hot around here this weekend, so I will probaly be in the metal shop with the ac cranked up. I have ac in the wood shop too where I should be spending my time but I have a reloading project on the back burner for a long time and I want to get started on it.

We'll be putting things back together outside now that they finished painting the house. Have to remount my wife's potting bench to the wall with hurricane anchor.

I've got what appears to be two acres of door panels to scrape and finish, trim to size and edge band. I'll probably post the same response next week, and for a few more. (grin)

Geez, Rog, I don't think I can get a flight in time for your garage sale. Good thing, I might squander even more of my otherwise non-existent tool budget.

Reeliron - I realize what a hassle it is to have all that cherry lying around so please feel free to send as much as you like or all of it to me to relieve your anxiety! (hehe)

Well, these are the last couple of days left of our 2-week vacation. Today we grouted the last of the tile (front entryway) and I built some drawer dividers out of the leftover cherry (1.75 inch lengths ripped off when I built the drawers dado'ed into each other and then glued and pin nailed)

Tonight we had some friends over for dinner and the kids swam. Tomorrow night we are planning to go to the desert museum. I also need to pick the entertainment center project back up now that the kitchen is done. I also need to start thinking about a plane till/tool rack as planes are starting to pile up on my bench.

Glued up the upper part of the shadow box I'm working on. Other than that it was just yard work and dodging thunderstorms.
