Made our semi-annual run to Tuscaloosa today to pick up stuff we just can't get here. Stopped at Hobby Lobby just because and picked up a Staedler set - steel with cork backs - and some white charcoal pencils which are great for marking dark woods and hilighting knife markings. I use them a lot. Also several other stops for wines, and misc. gourmet foods, lunch, etc. All day trip - left at 8:30 and just got back.

Good score Gene. I didn't know they carried steel triangles. My plastic ones get all chipped up over time.

Neither did I. Same problem with plastic. Just not durable enough for shop use. I was just browsing the aisles with Gail, and heard this tiny voice: "Gooo to the draftingggg suppliesss, Geeene"; repeating over and over. I went, but didn't know why, because at the time I couldn't think of anything I needed there. But then I saw them, and the rest is history. :D

Well, now I have to go to "Hobby Lobby". 8) I just picked up a set like that at "Target" but, they are clear plastic! However, I use them for drawing designs and plans on paper so I will keep them because I can see through them. :) (mini drafting set)
I thought at the time "Wish I could find some this size in steel" then along comes Gene again!!
Thanks Gene. 8) :-D
