I am going to order some walnut burl veneer and wondered what suppliers you guys have had a good experience with. By the way I had been looking a few days ago at veneers through joewoodworker and tonight I went back to look and it suddenly said that I must enter a user ID and a password, what gives?

Go to the Bay, and check out Rfritz (I think) I buy veneer from him quite often, and it's always nice stuff, and fairly priced.

I have looked at all three of the above and they all look great.

I have bought from Joe and never been disapointed. Price, shipping, and CS email

I know someone that buys from certainlywood and is very happy with them

rjfnits has been around for quite a while, but I have had no contact.

Joe's site says they are redoing the site. I have never seen a PW before. My guess is that they are still in the process of the upgrade

I have purchased most of my veneer from:
The Veneer Store http://www.theveneerstore.com/s-5-veneer.aspx
and
Exotic Hardwoods and Veneers http://www.exotichardwoods.com/
Never had a problem with either.
Exotic will also lay up veneered surfaces for you. I only used that service once. They did a very nice job with a flame Mahogany panel.

ebay seller rosebudveneer has top quality stuff for reasonable prices. I have purchased five or six times and been very happy each time.

So far it's curly walnut, curly english sycamore, plain sliced cherry, bosse pomelle, and sapelle pomelle...
