 Post subject: Shadow box

Here is another shadow box I recently finished. It is a birthday gift for the Chief. it contains the badges he wore for the last 25 plus years as well as his two different shoulder patches. The wood is alder with a laquer finish.

Looks really nice Paul. I like the way you divided the in side, how did you mount the badges, when I built this one mounting the contents was the hardest part

the badges are pinned into the backing just as they would be pinned into a uniform. That shadow box of yours is awesome. I love the contrasting woods
